Kick off your celebration a day early at the Fireworks & Freedom Concert in El Dorado Hills. Enjoy live music from Island of Black & White and Funk Shui, a Kids Zone packed with activities, delicious food vendors, and beverages for adults. The night ends with a powerful fireworks show at 9:30 PM. This community favorite brings people together for an evening of music, food, fun, and patriotism.
Sacramento River: Celebrate with City Cruises

Rancho Cordova's Fourth of July Festival is an all-day event that captures the essence of small-town celebration with big city flair.

4:00 PM – Gates open at Hagan Park
4:00 PM to 11:00 PM – Carnival rides, vendors, and activities
8:00 PM – Live concert

Elk Grove: Salute to the Red, White, and Blue

Location: Elk Grove Park
Elk Grove’s annual Independence Day event is even more special this year as the city celebrates its 25th anniversary. Families can enjoy live entertainment, food trucks, roaming performers, and a spectacular fireworks finale. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the evening under the stars.
Elk Grove: Run 4 Hunger

Now in its 20th year, the Run 4 Hunger brings the Elk Grove community together for a morning of fun, fitness, and philanthropy, all in support of the Elk Grove Food Bank Services. Perfect for families and runners alike, the event features a welcoming, energetic atmosphere with a meaningful mission.
Roseville: Parade, Park Fun, and Fireworks

Roseville’s annual 4th of July Parade is a hometown favorite with over 50 entries. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early for the best views along the route.
Royer Park Activities
Following the parade, head to Royer Park for live music from Vino Banditos, games, vendors, and family-friendly entertainment starting at 10:00 AM.
Run Crime Out of Roseville
Time: 7:15 AM
Location: Vernon Street Town Square
This community-driven 5K supports youth programs, scholarships, and local law enforcement initiatives. Participants of all ages can run, walk, and raise awareness while supporting public safety.
Fireworks @The Grounds
Time: Gates open at 4:00 PM, fireworks around 9:15–9:30 PM
Location: @The Grounds, All American Raceway
End your evening with an unforgettable fireworks show. Seating is first-come, first-serve, with family activities and concessions available. Parking is $15. No entry fee is required, but outside food is not permitted.
